Had new crowns 7-10 crown #9 came off four times before the dentist decided to remake crown all within 7 mos, I also had a upper bite guard made because of bruxism, now since #9 was remade the bite guard doesn't fix and the dentist want to charge me to remake a bite guard that I only had made 7 mos ago to fit crns 7-8 what the heck I was willing to pay the lab fee but not the full amount for a new bite guard which she had made 7 mos ago ! Very unprofessional she does not guarantee her work! I guess I have a find another dentist! The staff is very friendly but I have no choice

it's hard to get an appointment on the phone, they don't respond and if you leave a message they don't call back. so it's better to get there to make sure you can have one. Faith Song the dental assistant was super nice and efficient to get me a following appointment as there was some confusion between 2 types of appointment, she was nice enough to talk to the secretary to help clarify what was the next step. problem was solved with another young woman at the desk. Faith was very apologetic about the waiting time. bring some reading material.

I chipped my front tooth pretty badly yesterday, so I needed to be seen ASAP. This morning, I tried calling, then read a few reviews saying they never pick up so I got in the car and drove up there. The front desk seemed disheveled and stressed and honestly rude..made an appointment for a few days from now. One of the staff members loudly started talking about (I'm assuming a customer) "I hate this lady, she's always blah blah" and I left wanting to cancel immediately. I was seen somewhere else, and so I did call to cancel. If the actual dentistry work is anything like the front desk - I wouldn't go.

really wish they made it easier to make ortho payments. preferably online. its always a hassle to get a hold of anyone to make a payment and office hours are while im at work so i cannot physically go in. also, they will completely halt any appointments for braces if you go over a ceertain amount past due instead of working with you when they see you are trying to make payments towards it. my kid has been sitting for 2 months now without her braces being touched.

This was by far the worst experience I've had in a medical profession. It took almost a week to schedule an appointment for my teenage daughter. Leave work early get my daughter out of school early just to find out that her appointment has been rescheduled for an earlier time. How does an appointment get rescheduled without actually speaking with someone to confirm? I was told they called and left a message the day before the appointment. The telephone number on file was not even close to my phone number. I am livid! This is bad business. I work in the medical field and I guarantee you that my doctors would have still seen the patient. My time and money was wasted, on top of my daughter missing valuable time out of school.

The office staff are horrible. Although the doctor was nice, the dental hygienist was completely rude, and disrespectful. She should not be allowed to work anywhere other than an animal shelter, cleaning the poop out the cages..and that's being generous. That office is a complete circus.

This business doesn't deserve any stars , I went in back in June to have 1 tooth pulled, The dentist ask what did I want to do with the rest of my teeth . I ask what my options were he recommended dentures. I ask him , looking at my X-ray can I have dentures, He replied yes , I ask not once but 3 times if he was sure , he replied anyone can have dentures. I trusted him so . So on July 5 th I went in he pulled all my teeth , he put temporary teeth in , they fell right out . I ask why he said my mouth had to swell. By the weekend my mouth never swelled. That Monday I called with concerns again . They set up an appointment to come in and fit the temporary teeth . The dental hygienist tried fitting the temp teeth , I told her something was wrong , she basically said I didn't know what I was talking about. So she put them in and I could not talk at all , I looked like Mr. Ed the talking horse. She at this point was extremely very rude because she was going on maternity leave, so she told me I would have to deal with it. After being examine by 2 different dentists office they both agreed that the dentist at Greenberg never examine my mouth nor did he look at my X-ray good enough. I can not have regular dentures, because I have extra bone in the roof of my mouth that prevents me from having regular dentures, plus the fact X-rays showed I have a lot of done loss that won't even hold dentures up . So I have been 6 months with no teeth and in order for me to have dentures I have to have a horse shoe denture that's held in by studs , also I have to have a sinus lift to add bone to be able to hold studs in . Because of this careless dentist and his rude dental hygienist , in order to get teeth it's 24,000 dollars . I'm not stopping here , I'm calling the news channel to tell my story, I'll also be contacting the Florida department of medicine , The Florida department of Dentistry , The better Business bureau, Also I'll be contacting Humana because Greensburg also charged my insurance company to pull me teeth and charged them for permanent teeth which I never received, and also charged me 1320 to pull my teeth as well. Phone calls start first thing in the morning

Scheduled an appointment for a cleaning using the call center. When asked if I had any dental pain I explained that I was having a little bit of pain in a molar. My appointment was made for an exam not a cleaning and I was not notified. I spent 2 hours in office today thinking that I was getting a cleaning after the exam. I was then told that there was no way that I could get a cleaning during my appointment, that there were no available openings, and that a cleaning was never specified during my original phone call. The only reason I called was to schedule a cleaning.

How do they even have a business they never answer the phone. I went here when i was 20 years old and the dentist called me a baby because i shaking cause it hurt. Now I must return here after 10 year because they're the closest in network provider. I have called them different times and days. No one picks up its always business. I have decided to drive 30 mins to go to someone else.

I would put no stars if it would let me not only have I had to deal with the location on Dunn avenue grabbing my children forcefully and then threatening to make me leave the room after told employee not to touch my child that way, now here we are my daughter is having severe tooth pain needing antibiotics needing treatment 3 months later can't even get anyone get her seen.
